I am pleased to inform that, effective 3rd November 2025, Acumen Insurance Brokers has joined forces with Cornerstone Risk Group, a respected member of the Resilium Insurance Broking Group.
This strategic partnership has been carefully considered and is designed to enhance the service and claims support available to you. By aligning with Cornerstone, the team at Acumen is confident that you will benefit from a more robust support network.

– From 3rd November, you will notice the Cornerstone Risk Group logo on all new documentation.
– The new licensee will be Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd (AFSL 460382). If you are a current client of Acumen Insurance Brokers, you would have received an updated Financial Services Guide (FSG) for your review and records. If you do not have a copy, please contact the Cornerstone Risk Group office anytime.

Please rest assured that Acumen’s current policies will remain unchanged and fully insured. All electronic data has been securely transferred to Cornerstone’s systems. Cornerstone is fully prepared for the seamless transfer of your files under our new licensee, Resilium Insurance Broking. There will be no disruption to your current policies or service. You do not need to do anything.
As always, you will be contacted before your renewal date with updated terms. If you wish to make any changes to your existing policy, please get in touch with us.

Is there anything I have to do?
No. Everything remains the same for you and your current insurances.
Will my Account Manager change?
Your account manager will not change; however, our email addresses will change. We will reach out to you again soon from our new email address, with our updated contact details. What won’t change is the excellent service and response times you have come to enjoy.
Will any of my existing policies be affected by the change?
No. All existing policies issued under the Acumen Insurance Brokers name will still be valid and effective.
What happens if I have a quote outstanding?
Quotes accepted on or by 3rd November 2025, will be bound and invoiced by Acumen Insurance Brokers (ABN 63 367 378 637, Authorised Representative No: 357244).
Quotes accepted by you from 4 November 2025 onwards, will be bound and invoiced by Cornerstone Risk Group. ABN 16 630 445 528 | Authorised representative of Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd ABN 92 169 975 973, AFSL 460382
There will be no change in the policy that has been quoted.
