Scott has had a diverse career across a number of industries and variety of places in regional Queensland.
This means he brings a dynamic and fresh perspective to the insurance industry and will likely understand your business needs from his own experience.
You will quickly notice Scott brings a jargon free and down to earth approach. And, whilst Scott can assist with all insurance products and needs, he does have a passionate interest in helping clients in regional Queensland.
Damien has over 20 years working within the insurance industry, and more specifically insurance broking.
Damien’s experience and knowledge extend to dealing not only with the local insurance market but with the wider global insurance market including the London market. This means he has a knack for finding insurance products and solutions for those businesses with very niche or specialist scenarios that others in the industry often walk away from!
Terry has been providing business insurance solutions since 2005 to his Clients that are located from Sydney to Port Douglas.
Having Lived in Sydney, Lennox Head, Gold Coast and Cairns along the way Terry has developed an understanding of the various Perils that each Geographical area presents to Business Owners and Commercial Property Owners and Home Owners alike.
Terry’s primary aim is to inform and educate his clients about the Product that best suits their individual needs.
Tim began his insurance career in early 2008 and has extensive experience in the design, marketing and management of Corporate Insurance & Risk Management programmes across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on Construction and related Services within the Civil, Commercial/Industrial, Urban & Residential sectors.
For 11 years prior to joining Cornerstone Risk Group, Tim worked as an Account Manager within large International broking houses servicing corporate clientele around Australia, New Zealand, PNG and the Pacific.
Lisa began working for a local AMP adviser in 2006 and has been an Insurance Broking Specialist in the Toowoomba region since late 2008.
Lisa has been the key driver of the success of our Toowoomba office for more than 10 years and is the key point of contact for getting great outcomes for our clients in that region.
Visiting clients regularly is something Lisa enjoys. It allows her to review their insurance programs and understand their current needs. This visits allow her to build strong ongoing relationships with her clients.
Laura has over 10 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
The bulk of Laura’s experience was working in London as a Senior Underwriting Technician supporting insurance underwriters across most of Europe, Canada, America and South America.
As the Office Manager at Cornerstone, Laura’s team provides administrative support to Scott, Damien, Terry and Tim. Laura helps with provision of certificates of currency, minor policy updates or changes, personal lines quotations and issuing of your renewal paperwork.
Assistant Account Executive
Belinda (or Billy for short!) is our office all-rounder and is currently undertaking her Diploma in Insurance Broking. As the first point of call, Billy is the friendly voice you will often get when you call the office.
Billy brings a wide and interesting variety of experiences to Cornerstone! More specifically, client services work placements in India and Brisbane and across a wide range of industries such as accounting, retail, and hospitality.
